Friday, April 13th: 

10am - Gates open to Vendors/Food Trucks

  • All set ups must be complete by 3pm and all trucks and trailers, etc, must be moved to the Vendor Parking Area by 3:00pm. (please see your rules sheet you were mailed)


12pm: Booth Inspections Begin - come to Vendor Check In when you are ready. 


3pm: Booth Decorating Judging/Ribbons Awarded


4:30pm: Gates Open to Public


5pm:  Festival Opens


6pm - Mandatory Team Captain Meeting with BBQ Contest Head of Operations/Meat Pick Up

6pm: Opening Ceremonies

  • Welcome

  • Ribbon Cutting

6:30(ish)pm - 9pm:

  • Band Takes Stage



Saturday, April 14th:


6am: Gates Open to Vendors/Food Trucks 


7:30am: Gates Open to Public for Flag Ceremony (?)


7:30am:  ALL Vendors Trucks and Trailers must be parked in Vendor Parking.


8am:  Raising of the Flag Ceremony


9am: BBQ Cooking Contest and Best of Sauce Blind Tasting


9am:  Military Order of the Lancers Opening Ceremony


9am-6pm Festival Opens

  • Food Trucks, Booths and Crafts Open

  • Activities and Games Open

  • Hay Ride/Trackless Train Rides Begins

  • Snack Bar and Non-Alcoholic Drinks, etc

10am:  BBQ Blind Judging Begins

  • Beer/Wine Sales Begin

  • Beer Tent Opens

10:30am - USO Troupe Performance


11am-1pm: BBQ Samples *(while supplies last)


12pm: The Mad Fiddler (small stage)

2pm:  Ryan Caine (small stage)

4pm: Announcement of BBQ Winners


5:30pm: Festival Closing Ceremonies 

6pm:  Vendors and Rides Close


6pm - 10pm:  Band on Stage
