Just a few Vendor Rules...
(because there's gotta always be some rules, right?)
1.) A complete application must be submitted. Submitting an application does not mean guaranteed entry into any festival.
If you are approved, you will be notified by mail with a Welcome Letter.
2.) No more than ONE Brand Rep per event. We are NOT currently accepting Scentsy, Paparazzi or Pampered Chef at this time.
The Sign-Up Genius Application should tell you what brands are available. Humphrey Farm will always try to abide by Direct Sells Brands rules re: how many reps can be at one show at the same time, but I do not track these. If you pay and are not accepted because another brand is already accepted, you will be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns, please message me or email me with questions before applying.
3.) NO REFUNDS once accepted!!! No exceptions! We will only cancel the event if weather conditions are dangerous. Your fee also cannot transfer to another event. Please do not ask.
4.) Tents are required for ALL Events. Also, because our events are outdoors, you will also require a system to secure your tent from heavy winds. You can use weights, milk jugs filled with cement, cinder blocks, etc. The farm being in an open field can get huge gusts of wind. We do not accept responsibility for damage that gusts of wind may cause to your tents, inventory, yourself or your vehicles.
5.) Humphrey Farm will provide electricity to anyone who requests it, but we will not always be able to. If you absolutely MUST have electricity, please let us know in advance.
6.) Humphrey Farm has an established Preferred Vendor List. To be part of this list you must have attended at least two festivals, paid in a timely manner and show up as scheduled. Please let us know if you would like to be considered as a Preferred Vendor.
7.) Spaces are First.Come/First-Serve with the exception of a few spaces where the Vendor MUST have electricity.
When you arrive at the events, you will see a "Vendor Entry" sign and someone will be there to greet you to assign your space.
8.) Set-Up Times: PLEASE request to join the private Humphrey Farm Facebook Page as this is how I communicate set up times.
For most events, someone will be there no later than 7:30am. ALL vehicles MUST be off the grounds no later than ONE hour prior to the gates opening.
9.) Humphrey Farm or any of its entities, owners or workers are not responsible for any theft, damage or injury while you are attending any event or festival. This includes any damage, loss or theft to your products and inventory or to your vehicle. By attending these events you a) acknowledge you have Vendor Insurance which will cover your inventory and belongings during the show, and b) you have up-to-date Car Insurance which will cover your vehicle.
8.) The staff at Humphrey Farm will do everything within our power to make all of our events as smoothly as possible, and work with everyone to make sure your day is a successful one. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to reach out to us in advance.
