Humphrey Farm is approximately 50+acres of beautiful farmland located in Eastern North Carolina in Hubert, NC - or as we locals refer to it - "Bear Creek."  We are situated within a few miles of the back gate of Camp Lejeune, NC off Hwy 172, and our property parallels a beautiful cove right off of the Intra-Coastal Waterway.

Formerly a tobacco farm - our family farm now encompasses a Rescue for Farm Animals plus an Events and Festival Center.  We also offer a Farm Market Shop where we sell local produce and NC Products, as well as, a Hot Sauce and Jerky Shop and an Old Fashioned Candy Store.  Our on-site Beverage Barn sells amazing lemonades, Teas, Dirty Sodas and Iced Coffees.   

The General Store - a 4000sf facility opened in November 2024, features our signature line of Jams, Pickles, Salsas and more - plus a variety of local and NC items such as local honey, local fresh farm eggs, NC Cheeses, farm fresh fruits and vegetables and so, so many other items.  We offer fresh baked sourdoughs and breads, and our Coffee Shop and Bakery specializes in fresh baked cinnamon rolls, cakes, pies, pastries and more - plus our line of coffees, lemonades, dirty sodas and specialty drinks.  You can grab a coffee and stroll thru the vendor market where we feature almost 40 local businesses and artisans.  

  Throughout the year,  both locations host a variety of festivals and events -  from BBQ and Chili Cooking Contests to Crafts Fairs to Music Festivals at the farm - to smaller mini fests and sampling events and Santa visits at the General Store.
